As President and Senior Consultant for JM Wooster Inc., Janice has successfully led critical projects to drive organizational change and optimize capital growth objectives.
Janice has provided executive level leadership as a Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development with national and international scope. As a trusted senior advisor, Janice provides leadership focused on initiatives to leverage human capital opportunities linked to strategic objectives. She transforms organizational culture, implements best practices and builds HR/OD&D operations positioning organizations at the next level of accomplishment.
